My home page picture receives a lot of compliments and inquiries and I have deduced that it is largely in part to the crystals that are scattered around the letter. What isn’t visible in the picture is the fact that the crystals are the same flat-backed stones that I use to cover my cake toppers and server sets and had to be flipped over, one by one, for the photograph.
What if you didn’t have to flip them over, and taking a step further, looked like perfectly cut 3-D diamonds!? Voila: an addition to my product line is born. As the picture below shows, they are only available in “Crystal”. The colored stones are not being made at this time.
I ordered a bunch of sizes and came up with the best looking mixture, which includes 3 sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 3/8″ diameter. I have only begun to play around with the stones and they are MAGICAL. A little goes a long way or you can cluster them together for a very rich, over-the-top look. They are Swarovski so they sparkle like mad and they can be added anywhere: to tiers of the actual cake, the cake table, the sign-in table, gift table, between table settings, surrounding unity candles… I can go on and on.

Scatter Crystals
If there is enough interest I will be adding them to the Accessories page and Order form but for now, please call if you would like to know more about pricing and the quantity they are sold in.

Sorry for the pun but I truly thought this picture was a great idea. It came out great! Thought some of you other brides would benefit from seeing it.

I don’t do as many partially covered monograms but with the right font choice, they come out really well. Choosing the fuller curvier fonts is key!

A good way to maximize sparkle with a warmer color pallette of browns and earth tones, where the stark “white” of Crystal may not blend in as well, is to consider using “Silk” instead. Silk is softer - the whiteness is toned down while still catching a lot of light. It’s tough to tell Silk from Crystal in a photograph so you are going to accomplish a neutral look regardless but Silk may “go” with your other decor better than Crystal would.

One thing Swarovski colors exude is vibrance. There are a great selection of colors to choose from when trying to tie in with a peacock theme. The outcome is shown here:

Even if you aren’t math whizzes but happen to share the first initial of your first names, this is a cute wedding theme!

I wanted to show that even adding small shapes to accent the numbers helps personalize the topper for the event and brings more life to the number topper…

Taking custom logos a step further, brands used on animal ranches can also be made into cake toppers. I think all guests at a wedding like to see when the wedding is personalized to the couple so that they can feel a part of their everyday lives, even at a “glammed up” event.
