It was for the wedding of two veterinarians: a horse doctor and a dog specialist. They faxed me a sketch of what they had in mind and I brought it to life for them. Love the creativity! Using contrasting color schemes for the 2 elements of the one topper helps keep them distinguished.  Don’t miss the heart shaped cut out in place of one of the nail holes… too cute!
